The Royal Exchange introduces a brand new range of smoky cocktails to its drinks menu at Threadneedle Bar, in the heart of the City.
Smoked flavours are having a moment in cocktail culture and the trend is set to grow even further in 2018. The distinctive smell of smoke is sure to trigger memories of summer barbecues and camping fires – the perfect boost to see you through the rest of winter and into spring.
The new menu offers smokiness to cocktail aficionados in two ways: through intrinsically smoky ingredients such as whisky and mezcal which feature prominently throughout the menu, and by infusing key serves with wood smoke for a robust flavour and unique immersive experience.
Each cocktail boasts its own distinct personality and has been carefully crafted for depth of character and complexity.
