Taste The Caribbean Supperclub, Shoreditch

Jason Howard, a london based Barbadian Michelin trained Chef, is pioneering the concept Rum Dining as well as running a series fine dining events titled Taste The Caribbean.

Taste The Caribbean in its second season, runs across six courses of fine dining five star rated excellence including, a Chicken consomme with coconut dumplings, Curried salt fish ravioli, fish stew and goat, followed by a duo of Caribbean inspired desserts.

To showcase on 29,30,31 May 2014 at The Open Bar and Kitchen, Shoreditch, London.
