Eatro’s Kitchen are extremely excited to host our first supper club on Saturday 12th April. Located just off Brick Lane, Eatro’s kitchen will feel far away from the East End with four courses of incredible authentic Spanish food and wine at only £22 per head.
Themed around the Secret to Valencian Seafood Paella, we promise an unforgettable evening with Chef Cristina Ruiz Furió from València. Over a glass of Spanish wine, watch and learn as Chef Cristina reveals the secrets to preparing the traditional and authentic Valencian Seafood Paella. Chef Cristina has previously studied and practiced Haute Cuisine in Spain. Each guest will receive a recipe card to take home written by Chef Cristina.

Entrée – SALMON LEEK AND BECHAMEL PLAIT (Delicious braid of puff pastry filled with bechamel, salmon, courgette and onion)
Entrée – CHORIZO & GREEN PEPPER SPANISH TORTILLA (a unique variation of the traditional Spanish Omelette)
Main – VALENCIAN SEAFOOD PAELLA (Chef Cristina’s signature dish, fresh fish from Billingsgate Market boiled in traditional rice and a secret broth)
Dessert – PASTAS DE ALMENDRA (traditional Spanish almond cakes)
